One Week until Indie Author Fringe
We're only 1 week away from our next Indie Author Fringe conference and we've published the final group of speaker bios and session topics who will be delivering 24-hours of self-publishing advice to indie authors just like you.
Our free online event starts at 10am (Frankfurt time) on Saturday October 14th.
Today we've also unveiled our Indie Author Fringe event agenda, which shows the speakers, topics and running order of each session. The times shown on the agenda are when the sessions will be available to view on this self-publishing advice blog.
Don’t worry, we don’t expect you to stay up all night. The sessions will continue to be available right here on our blog after the event, so you can catch up when you can.Check out our #IndieAuthorFringe Agenda for our Oct 14th Free Online #selfpub conference. Click To Tweet
How do I attend Indie Author Fringe?
- All sessions will appear on our blog.
- Check-in throughout the day to see the latest sessions.
- Sessions are mostly audio and video so get yourself a favorite drink and pen and paper to take notes.
As soon as our online conference starts you just need to USE THIS LINK to see all the sessions that have already been published. This is the only link you'll need, so bookmark it for easy access on the day. At the moment it will take you to our event home page, but during the event it will take you to the published sessions.
Many of the speakers are also offering free giveaways that you'll be able to enter on the day. There's a variety of offerings, ranging from software, access to online courses, coaching, ebooks, print books, and audio books – and these are all free offerings from our generous speakers.

About our Gold Sponsor
IngramSpark have been our Gold Sponsor for all three of annual Indie Author Fringe events.
Robin Cutler, Director of IngramSpark, is presenting an Indie Author Fringe session that explains best practices for their publishing platform and provides an overview of the variety of tools available to publish in ebook and print. You will learn about their distribution network, which is linked to physical bookstores through a facility called iPage.
From October 1st to Cover 30th, IngramSpark are offering free set up on new titles. Find out more details by clicking this image below.
Book Cover Competition
Our Back Cover book competition is being sponsored by Nuance who are the people behind Dragon Professional software.
Our competition has two categories: fiction and non-fiction. You have the options of submitting just your back cover or the full wrap-around cover. So if you haven't already entered the back cover of your print book into our competition – don't delay.
If you're not familiar with Dragon Professional it's speech recognition software that can dramatically increase your daily word count output. Plus, if like me and many other authors, you suffer from RSI (repetitive strain injury) – having your own Dragon is beneficial to your health.
Want to help us spread the word about our online conference?
You can visit our Spread the Word page to find out how you can use your social media, blog, and mailing lists to help us get the word to other indie authors that are yet to discover this free event.
Thanks in advance for helping us get the word out to a wider audience. There are writers out there who are looking for that nudge of inspiration to become a self-published author – let's work together to make sure they achieve their indie author goals by exposing them to valuable and reputable advice from our Speakers.
