I like HootSuite better than TweetDeck because HootSuite allows you to import pretty much every account like known to man.

This doesn’t deliver what the headline promises, but instead just explains how Twitter works. That’s it. A Twitter tutorial. Rather frustrating! Really, this isn’t helpful enough for marketing books, it’s just blah blah on how Twitter works.
Sorry but I had to switch this off halfway through. It was a waste of time. Apologies for the rant, but I was expecting something different given what the headline says. Should have read “Let me explain Twitter to you. And you can also mention your book in a couple of tweets…”
