Join Orna Ross and ALLi at Digital Book World 2019

ALLi is delighted to be attending Digital Book World again this year and to offer our members discounted ticket rates. ALLi Communications Manager Boni Wagner-Stafford has all the details if you would like to join ALLi at Digital Book World 2019.

The Alliance of Independent Authors (ALLi) partners with two major conferences a year. In March 2019 it was The London Book Fair. This fall, it's Digital Book World, September 10 – 12 in Nashville, Tennessee.

ALLi partners with large conferences like these to help ensure that indie authors are represented at major industry conferences and to bring relevant and up-to-date industry news and information from those conferences to indies around the globe through our Self-publishing Advice Conference

This year #SelfPubCon runs immediately afterward DBW, on September 14th – 15th.

I'm super-excited to be joining ALLi Founder and Director Orna Ross, and other ALLi members and friends, at DBW.

This is not an indie author conference but an industry gathering that will be of interest to those ALLi members keen to keep their finger on the pulse of what's changing and coming in the publishing industry.

If you're inspired by the big picture this is the conference for you.

Orna will help kick off DBW2019 with a pre-conference workshop on book marketing for authors and indie publishers on Monday, September 9th. She'll also be delivering a “State of the Union” address about independent publishing, which will become part of our #SelfPubCon lineup the following weekend.

ALLi members will be meeting up for drinks and networking and both Orna and ALLi advisor Joanna Penn have both been nominated in the “Publishing Commentator of the Year” category.

So if you're coming, don't miss the awards ceremony.
