On the ALLi Twitter chat (#indieAuthorChat) this week we asked questions about Should Authors Keep Using Twitter?

The Indie Author Twitter Chat runs for an hour, weekly on Wednesdays, at 8pm UK Time (3pm EST and noon Pacific Time). All you have to do to join in is follow the hashtag #IndieAuthorChat on Twitter.

The chats are a virtual meet-up for the self-publishing community on Twitter. If you're looking to connect with more people in our industry, joining The Indie Author Twitter Chat is the perfect way to start. Network with other authors and self-publishing professionals, learn new strategies and get answers to your most pressing questions from our guest experts.
To take part, search for the hashtag #indieAuthorChat in Twitter during the hour the chat is on and make sure to include #indieAuthorChat in your tweets so other people on the chat can find them.

Next time: Next Wednesday we have questions about What should Authors NOT be doing?.
Last Time: Did you miss the summary of last week's Twitter chat about Author Collaboration. You can find that here: TwitterChat: Author Collaboration

  1. The same people who jeered conservatives and libertarians for flocking to Parler are the ones now wringing their hands over Elon acquiring Twitter.

    Grow up.

We don’t use social media platforms because we “like” the person in charge or because we’ve allowed Legacy Media and/or influencers to dictate our beliefs. We use them because that’s where readers are. Period, the end. That’s what social media is for. Use it or don’t, but don’t hyperventilate because someone told you Elon is evilly evil.
