- Are you a poet who would like to reach a wider audience for your work? - A writer who used to write poetry or who thinks poetry books don't sell? - A poetry reader who likes hearing poets read or perform? Then this event is for you. Next Tuesday 11th June at 8pm BST (3pm EST, 12.30am Wed 15th IST, 5am Wed 15th AEST), the “SELF-PUBLISHING POETRY CLINIC PLUS ONLINE OPEN MIC” features Hannah Gordon, Director of Spoken Word London. It's a warm and welcoming space for poets of all kinds, at every stage of development, and for everyone who loves the spoken and written word. Poetry has never been more popular and all of the self-publishing platforms report that poetry books are selling far more than ever before. If you’d like to know more about the indie poet book revolution, just turn up here, Tuesday next, 8pm London Time - https://facebook.com/OrnaRossAuthor/videos/530950517436821/ If you’d like to take part, you must register to Read or Perform. Write me ([email protected]), telling me a little about yourself and your poetry, and Sarah will put you on the list if we have space. - We have space for up to seven poets in addition to the featured poet, on a first-come, first-served basis (My Patreon patrons get first choice). - You must also ensure your sound is good enough to be included in our podcast (we’ll send details of what you need). Follow my Patreon Page for Updates: https://www.patreon.com/OrnaRoss (it’s free to follow) Then turn up on the night here.
