Alex Hallatt is cartoonist and writer. Her comic strip, Arctic Circle, is syndicated by King Features and appears in newspapers worldwide. She has provided illustrations for a variety of traditional publishers and has self-published several humour and children’s books. FAB Club is her first chapter book for children.
Alex grew up in the West Country, UK and spent many years living in New Zealand and Australia before returning to England. She is spending a couple of years in the Basque Country to learn Spanish with her American partner, Duncan and their Kiwi Jack Russell, Billie. Billie can now beg for food in English, Spanish and Basque.
