Jessica Bell
ALLi member, Jessica Bell, has teamed up with Adam Byatt to write a dictionary of distorted definitions. It is yet to be titled, however, as a part of their process they are Tweeting and Facebooking a few of their bogus definitions, every day, under the hashtag #Jessicasdictionary.
Need a laugh? Follow #Jessicasdictionary for a daily dose of dictionary twitter (Yes, ‘Twitter' actually means “giggle”.)
Carla King
Carla King has organized a Self-Publishing Boot Camp workshop in Sacramento on Saturday, November 2, 2013.
The lineup includes experts chosen to share from a full-range of knowledge that will simplify and jump-start their ebook and print book publishing process: choosing the right publishing path, formatting and distribution, blogging and blog-to-book techniques, multimedia books and apps, and book and author marketing and promotion.

Hi Alison:
Re: your video.I hope you don’t mind my helpful suggestion as ex-military. S.O.P. Standard Operating Procedure. You only have your finger alongside of the trigger, and on the trigger only when you are squeezing to shoot. Too many people have been shot by itchy trigger fingers. In difficult situations. you need that splil-second to make the decision to fire. It’s too easy to make a mistake if you’re nervous in danger. Have you seen the film: “The Hurt Locker”? As close to reality as possible.
Best wishes for success. Warren.
